This beautiful four bank portable from the famous American company Underwood, was manufactured at their Bridgeport Connecticut factory in 1929 and is in excellent original condition. The machine has a lovely shiny black enamel paintwork and gold lettering with glass keytops and chrome key rings. The typewriter has been fully serviced in our workshop and types very well with a nice clear standard pica typeface giving you 10 characters to the inch. It is supplied with the original carry case and a copy of user instructions. A lovely example of this much sought-after model.
