Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are very happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All Items Sold as new must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
All second hand/refurbished items sold must be in the same condition as sent and will be appraised by an engineer on receipt of return. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if any damage or signs of wear are found.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Damaged or Broken Items
If an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at georgeblackman@tiscali.co.uk. We will arrange for the collection of the item for examination. Once we have received and examined the damaged item, we will either rectify the problem, issue a full refund, or offer a replacement.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 3 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
