Manufactured in 1966 at Olympia's Wilhelmshaven factory this superb top of the range model is in excellent condition. The SM models were made to a very fine standard and were often used by writers and newspaper reporters. This machine is no exception, it writes with a lovely clear pica typeface giving you 10 characters to the inch, and being the top of the range features a keyset tabulator and lovely chrome fittings to the carriage. It is supplied with it’s original carry case, type cleaning brush, and a copy of the user instructions. A very fine example of this very well regarded West German model.
