This SM2 portable was manufactured at Olympia's Wilhelmshaven factory in 1959 with original Sherwood green crackle finish paintwork, chrome fittings and a lovely trim that gives it a great 50's retro look. The machine has been fully serviced with a new ribbon fitted and types beautifully with a lovely clear pica typeface giving you 10 characters to the inch. It is supplied with the original premium two tone vinyl covered carry case, and a copy of user instructions. A very fine example of this superb quality West German model.
