This beautiful and rare 'Mars Red' West German model was based on the previous Olympia Splendid portable and likewise is also manufactured to a very high standard. The machine has been fully serviced in our workshop with a new ribbon fitted, and writes beautifully with a standard elite typeface giving you 12 characters to the inch. It is in excellent original condition and is supplied with the original neat clip on carry case, original 1970's Olympia sales brochure, and a copy of user instructions. A highly collectable typewriter that can easily be transported or stored away when not in use.
