Smith Premier Chum Portable (1937)
This lovely portable typewriter was assembled in London from parts in the USA in 1937 and is quite a rare model to find nowadays. The machine has been fully serviced with a new ribbon fitted and is in very good working order with a nice clear standard pica typeface giving you 10 characters to the inch. The top cover has lovely gold lettering on the shiny black enamel paintwork and the good quality keyboard has very attractive chrome key rings. Supplied with it's original carry case and a copy of user instructions, it is a very fine collectable typewriter.
Replacement ribbon for this machine is available to rewind onto the original spools. (group 1)
