Smith Premier Chum Portable (1937)
This beautiful looking portable was assembled in London from parts in the USA in 1937 and is quite a rare model to find nowadays. The machine has been fully serviced with new ribbon fitted and is in good working order with a standard pica 10 typeface (10 characters to the inch). The top cover has lovely gold lettering on the shiny black enamel paintwork and the good quality keyboard has very attractive cream keytops with chrome key rings. Supplied with it's original carry case and a copy of user instructions, it is a fine collectable typewriter.
Replacement ribbon for this machine is available to rewind onto the original spools. (group 1)
