This beautiful 'Super' portable from the famous US company Smith Corona, was manufactured in 1959 at their Canadian factory and is in excellent working order, with attractive 'Seafoam Green' casings, cream keytops, and light green space bar. This superbly manufactured top of the range model is always popular due to it's superb retro look and beautiful typing action. Extra features include a keyset tabulator for column work, 88 character-keyset keyboard layout, pop-up paper support, easy removable platen, acoustic dampening, and the famous 'floating shift mechanism'.  The machine has been fully serviced with a new ribbon fitted and writes excellently with a lovely clear pica 10 typeface. It is supplied with the original 'Holiday Style' carry case with key, original user instructions and original typeface cleaning brush. A model that is becoming more difficult to source and this is a very fine example.
