This wonderful Royal Quiet De Luxe portable was manufactured at their New York factory in 1951. It is a very rare model to find in the UK as most were sold in the US. The machine has original light brown crackle finish casings with lovely green keytops, and has a superb 1950's styling that gives it a great retro look. It has been fully serviced in our workshop and writes beautifully with a nice nice light touch to the keyboard. The typeface is a standard pica, that gives you 10 characters to the inch. Supplied with the original carry case with key, original 'Royal' typeface cleaning brush, and original user instructions, it is a very fine typewriter in excellent working order, and a great addition to any collection.
