Imperial The Good Companion Model T (1939)
This fabulous looking typewriter was manufactured at Imperial's Leicester factory in 1939 and is the model 'T' version which has the added feature of a keyset tabulator. It is in superb condition, with lovely gold lettering on the mirror finish black enamel paintwork with attractive chrome fittings. On the top plate is the original badge showing the Royal Warrant to King George V which is still in excellent condition. The machine has been fully serviced in our workshop with a new ribbon fitted and is in good working order, it types with a pica typeface (10 characters to the inch). This beautiful portable is supplied with the original carry case, a copy of user instructions and a polishing duster. A fine example of the 'Model T'.
