Imperial Good Companion 1 (1956)
A very nice example of this British made typewriter manufactured at Imperial's Leicester factory in 1956. On the top plate is the original badge showing the Royal Warrant to the late King George V which is still in good condition. The machine has been fully serviced in our workshop with a new ribbon fitted and is in very good working order, it types with an elite typeface (12 characters to the inch). Supplied with the original carry case, a polishing duster, typeface cleaning brush and a copy of the user instructions.
Replacement ribbon for this machine is available to rewind onto the original spools. (group 1)
