Everest K2 Portable (1956)
This beautiful looking portable from the Italian company Everest was manufactured in 1956. Everest typewriters were in direct competition to Olivetti and were eventually taken over by them. Their models are now becoming highly collectable, especially the 'K2' with it's superb mirror finish black enamel paintwork, curvy casings, and lovely chrome fittings. The machine has been fully serviced in our workshop and types beautifully with a nice keyboard action, the typestyle is the standard elite typeface giving you 12 characters to the inch. It is supplied with the original carry case with key, and a copy of the user instructions. A very fine collectable typewriter in excellent working order.
Replacement ribbons for this machine are available to order on our website. (Group 9 )
